Ashley and Megan are great at explaining what they are doing, why they are doing it, and just overall informing you on what’s going on with your body. They also are extremely prompt in answering messages even after the session is over. That is what makes them unique. You can continue asking questions outside of your scheduled appointment and they will attempt to help you in anyway they can until the next session.

Several years ago I had a herniated disc, and I was able to avoid surgery because of my determination to follow my physical therapy regime that was prescribed for me. I damaged my left thumb. I had surgery which left my hand useless. Since therapy, my thumb and hand are back to normal. Ashley and Megan teach you the exact purpose and functioning of each muscle, ligament and tendon affected. Aside from exercise, they went around my kitchen and picked out specic tasks, such as unscrewing jar tops, that apply to everyday life, showing me exercises to strengthen mobility. I am so appreciative of their knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend them to everyone wanting great results. They work great with seniors, myself included.
